Only open to graduates of the Spark 1.0 program, Spark 2.0 offers an intensive schedule of advanced seminars and presentations, lively round tables with industry movers and shakers, and career-development sessions lead by accomplished coaches.

The Electronics Components Industry Association (ECIA) and the Electronics Representatives Association (ERA) support Spark 2.0 jointly. The organizations also support the EDS Leadership Summit in Las Vegas.
What Is the Time Commitment?
The virtual Spark program is 4 hours a week for 5 weeks. Sessions are generally conducted every Wednesday or Thursday.
TopWhat is the Application Process?
Invitation to Spark 2.0 is extended only to alumni of the EDS Spark 1.0 program. With only 20 seats available, we advise you to apply early, either by nominating yourself (with approval from your manager) or by having your manager nominate you. Space will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis.
