Spark is the EDS professional development program for rising professionals in the electronic components industry. Created in partnership with ECIA and ERA, Spark helps participants deepen their knowledge of the industry, sharpen leadership skills, and build lasting connections across companies and roles.

Who Should Participate
High-potential employees from manufacturers, manufacturers’ representatives, and distributors are encouraged to apply. Spark participants are nominated by their company’s management and approved by program leadership.
What to Expect
Over two days at EDS, Spark combines career-building seminars, networking opportunities, and personal-growth workshops led by top industry experts. A pre-EDS virtual session sets the stage, ensuring participants arrive prepared to get the most out of the experience.
Cost
The cost to attend spark is $750 per participant.
