2023 Spark 2.0 Virtual Program
Spark 2.0 will be held virtually in 2023, starting September 13th and ending October 11th. Sessions will be conducted every Wednesday during this five-week period and last four hours per week.

The Spark 2.0 curriculum focuses on current industry trends and topics, including a panel discussion with industry leaders sharing their knowledge and experiences relating to reducing uncertainty and minimizing risks to make informed decisions, how they overcome the challenges associated with managing growth in a volatile business environment, demonstrate the behaviors needed to establish a thriving, diverse, and respectful organizational culture that will lead them to future success.Industry trending topics are presented by industry experts, including, Mergers and Acquisitions: How they Fair in Today’s Business Climate, a High-Level overview of components used in today’s electrical and electronic systems and controls. Insights into the Semiconductor industry, The critical role of the supply chain.
Self-Development
Spark 1.0 heightened the awareness of your brand recognition, innate strengths, and external perceptions; Spark 2.0 continues to expand your awareness to include recognizing your leadership readiness characteristics, communication preferences, and ability to manage change. You will create personal development growth plans and continue to sharpen your brand recognition through the DISCFlex self-assessment. You will have an opportunity to receive 3rd party feedback on your externally observed behaviors to enhance your awareness and strengthen your understanding of your innate behavioral tendencies and their effects on others. You will be able to explore, uncover and analyze situational triggers that cause your reactions to specific thoughts and feelings experienced. You will gain access to your unique interpersonal style and communication preference findings. You will learn the benefits of mentorship, whether a mentor or mentee, through a presentation followed by a panel discussion.
Networking
You will increase your professional network while working with fellow cohort members during the assigned small interactive breakout sessions, partake in the leadership and mentorship panel discussions and meet and greet sessions, and interact with industry VPs, Executives, CEO, and Presidents representing manufacturers, distributors, and manufacturers reps during the Meet A Leader session.
