Empower Your Organization’s Next Generation of Leaders
Cosponsored by ECIA and ERA, the Spark Professional Development Program offers two compelling levels designed to help up-and-coming professionals grow their abilities and advance their careers in the electronics components industry. It’s important that our young professionals continue to build leadership and professional skills. Spark is a professional development series that explores the electronic component industry, leadership styles, organizational culture, building a personal brand and much more.
Your employees will create new connections, gain valuable insights, self-awareness, fresh competencies and profitable new ideas to help them — and your business — grow into a rewarding future.
“The Spark program provides employees with a broader view of the industry, enabling them to gain valuable insights that could otherwise take years to learn. I’ve had several engineers, marketing professionals, and managers from my team attend the program, and they all come back with positive feedback,”
