Is Spark virtual or in-person?
Spark is held in person each year during the EDS Leadership Summit in Las Vegas. A virtual pre-program session is offered in advance to help participants prepare.
Who is eligible to attend Spark?
Spark is open to employees of distributors, manufacturers, and manufacturers’ representatives in the electronic components industry. Participants are typically early- to mid-career professionals with strong growth potential, nominated by their company’s management.
How do I apply?
You may apply to attend Spark here. Before applying, you must have your supervisor’s support and a nominating statement from them. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed, and you’ll receive confirmation from the program manager within 48 hours.
What does it cost to attend Spark?
The cost is $750 per participant. This fee covers all Spark programming, workshops, and networking opportunities. Travel and lodging are not included.
How many people can attend?
Spots are limited to ensure a strong learning and networking experience. Companies may nominate more than one employee, but acceptance depends on availability.
